#epicplaytime exclusive hire is a truly unique way to celebrate a special occasion by entertaining and wowing all your guests, young and old! We have three great exclusive hire packages for up to 40 children, each come with only a £50 deposit!

Basic Package

Play in a normal, public session and have a party room afterwards!

Cost: £8 per ticket, £40 for the party room

Included in your hire:

• 1 hour of playtime
• 1 hour in your own party room (30 minutes preparation time)

Bronze Package

Hire our epic track for 1 hour, just for you and your guests!

Cost:  £317 (under £8 per head!)

Included in your session hire

• 1 hour of playtime for you and your guests (up to 40 children)

Silver Package

1 hour of #epicplaytime then up to 45 minutes in your own party room!

Cost:  £347 (under £9 per head!)

Included in your exclusive hire

• 1 hour of playtime for you and your guests (up to 40 children)
• Separate room for party tea  (food and decorations not included)
• free tea and coffee for all attending adults

Gold Package

1 hour of #epicplaytime, then 1 hour in our train themed party room!

Cost: £795 (£20 per head)

• 1 hour of playtime for you and your guests (up to 40 children)
• Themed party room (you decide the theme!)
• unlimited access to our premium trains for every guest
• Food buffet (cold, fresh finger food)
